Although recently formulated, September 2009, our members bring over 20 years of business experience and expertise.
ONE 01 LLC since October 2009 has 3 commercial properties that are serviced on a daily basis with over 60.000 square feet, as well as, numerous private residential high scale properties.
Our price list is reasonable for the services we provide depending on the square footage and special requests therefore we prefer first to visit premises in order to give an estimate.
ONE -01 LLC is a partnership company and has two Managing Directors.

Having spent my childhood years in Northern Vermont, living off the land and not realizing its' full beauty until my family moved south to Connecticut in 1983, currently I reside in South Florida and have been here since 1994. South Florida is completely different from up north but beautiful in its own way. Having worked in the finance/mortgage field, I lost my job in 2007, due to the housing market taking a significant hit. My neighbor and I decided to start an eco-friendly cleaning business after months of looking for work in our trained fields to no avail. Knowing that Florida is a service industry state and being conscience of the environment, we felt this would be a good field as well as feeling good about participating in "good" environmental behavior.

Born in Croatia, with a BA in International Business, worked in hospitality and travel business for many Years in Croatia, Germany and Africa , established my own travel agency and car hire company in Croatia. In 1995 my husband entered into my office to hire a car for a project in Bosnia and I ended up living in Africa. I spend over 9 Years in Tanzania and Malawi
In 2003 we relocated back to the USA first in / New Jersey then in 2004 moved to Florida. Looked for employment whereby I might utilize my skills and knowledge but owing to the downturn in the economy was not very successful.
Realizing that Florida State is mainly a service industry state along with my good friend and neighbor Tricia, we decided to establish an eco-friendly custodial company offering high quality services at reasonable rates.
